Weekend at the Ranch

Last weekend we went down to our family ranch. Hadley and I went down early Friday morning and spend the afternoon by ourselves at the lodge. She didn't sleep in the car (at all) so she took a long nap once we got there. It was a full house with the DeLany's and both Kelly families. Lillian (2) Emily (1.5) and Hadley (1) had a blast and as usual so did the grown-ups.

Not the best picture, but Emily does this A LOT to Hadley. She loves giving her hugs.

Sigh. This is what happens when trying to take pictures. They are way too busy to be bothered by a camera. Maybe one day I'll get her to look at the camera again!

It took her a few tries to walk in the grass and she doesn't love when her hands get dirty but she ran around in the yard with all the big kids!

This weekend was also the big debut of Papa's newly re-modeled home. Dad planted two new Elm trees in the yard in honor of Clayton and Clara.

Dad and Uncle Roger

The girls gathered in the yard to have a pow-wow and we were pretty certain they were plotting against the parents! It was adorable and Hadley talked their ears off...

 Busy girl...

Saturday evening we went up to "sunspot" to watch the sunset and it was quite chilly so we had to bundle little Hadley up.

Delany, me, Audrey, Bonnie, Colleen, Caroline and Laurelyn- All the girl cousins!

And Kyle! He our favorite Kelly boy cousin =)

It was a great weekend and mom worked her tail off the get the house ready and feed 16 people! Thanks for a great weekend!!
